Terms of use

Tressphere connects customers with independent hair stylists. We are not the stylist, and we do not provide hair services. Stylists run their own businesses and are responsible for their work, prices and policies.

Tressphere does not take payments. You agree the price with your stylist and pay them directly. Any deposit, refund or cancellation fee is between you and the stylist.

A booking holds a time with a stylist. If your plans change, cancel in the app so the time is free for someone else, and message your stylist if you need to talk it through.

Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be an adult to have one.

Photos, reviews and messages you add stay yours. You let us store and show them in the places you choose, so the service can work. Only upload things you have the right to share, and keep it kind. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, or misleading, or anyone else's private details.

If something on Tressphere is yours and was posted without your permission, or you see content that is harmful or wrong, write to abisola.ojo@tressphere.ca with the page address, what you are reporting, and, for a copyright concern, how it is yours. Every stylist page also has a Report this page link. We read each one, remove what should not be here, and tell the person who posted it.

Do not try to break the site, scrape it, or get into other people's accounts. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

We do our best to keep Tressphere running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the services stylists provide or for losses from using the site.

How we handle your information is in our privacy policy. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms follow the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Questions: abisola.ojo@tressphere.ca.
